New Jersey - Program Administration Platform

Resource Smart LLC (“Resource Smart”), in its role as Program Administrator (“PA”) for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“NJBPU”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Offerors” or “Vendors”) to design, configure, implement, and support an end-to-end program administration platform, including integration with Resource Smart’s existing metrics reporting system, (Application Programing Interface (API’s) for secure data transfer to/from customers and development of a public program website.
