Ravi Malhotra
With over 30 years as a social entrepreneur and engineer, Mr. Malhotra brings deep expertise in clean energy and sustainability. He co-founded Main Street Power Company, a national solar developer backed by Morgan Stanley, and has led hundreds of green consulting projects worldwide. His leadership extends beyond business—he's served on Colorado's Housing Finance Authority green committee and was President of the Colorado Energy Efficiency Business Coalition. Mr. Malhotra holds degrees from prestigious institutions including IIT-Delhi, UT Austin, Yale, and UNH. As ICAST's founder for the past 23 years, he oversees all programs and meets monthly with key staff to ensure milestones are met and clients are satisfied.

Mary Andrade
Ms. Andrade brings 30+ years of finance experience, including a decade at NextEra (the largest US solar developer) and serving as CFO of a $1B hydro-energy firm. She has worked exclusively with MFAH for one year and held C-Level positions at First Person Solutions, Cube Hydro, and Ashoka Foundation (managing 300+ grants). Her expertise spans risk analysis, corporate tax, due diligence, and accounting. She holds a Global Master's in International Relations/Finance from Tufts and a BA in Inter-American Studies, Political Science and Economics from University of the Pacific. Current utilization is 80%, with at least 10% allocated to this program.

Ryan Kristoff
Mr. Kristoff provides oversight and strategic direction on all major business development efforts at ICAST and has designed and launched over $100M in grant and contractual funding. Mr. Kristoff manages ICAST’s grant program portfolio, including low income solar, workforce programs, healthy homes programs, Tribal programs, pollution reduction programs, and pilot programs. Mr. Kristoff serves as a Board Member on the Energy Efficiency Business Coalition. Mr. Kristoff holds a B.A. in History and Philosophy from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Kristoff currently utilization is around 60% and is expected to provide at least 10% of his time to this program.

Ivan Gonick
Mr. Gonick has a vast background in project and program management from government and private sector experience. Before joining RS, he was the Director of IT Project Operations for SunRite Solar, where he drove software upgrades for proposal quoting systems & CRM systems and developed a company LMS and intranet system. He was also the Director of Project Operations for Sunny Energy of SC, where he spearheaded the expansion of the South Carolina market, overseeing operations, sales, and construction teams, implementing strategic sales recruitment, and delivering impactful sales training.

Jeff Hargis
Mr. Hargis brings 22 years of leadership experience, currently managing technical staff and project planning at RESOURCE SMART for multifamily housing retrofits and energy consulting. He previously led development projects at Engineers Without Borders and Trees, Water & People, and earlier developed HP's flagship Superdome 2 server at Hewlett Packard. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State and an M.E. from University of Colorado, plus eight US patents in memory controller and chip packaging. His current utilization is 70%, with at least 10% allocated to this program.

Monica Paici
Ms. Paici is an accomplished marketing executive with 25+ years of strategic experience managing sales and marketing efforts for diverse industries. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from California Polytechnic, Pomona. In her role as Marketing Director at ICAST, Ms. Paici develops marketing plans, implements promotional programs, and oversees the design and distribution of all ICAST publications. Ms. Paici manages the outreach/marketing efforts for ICAST’s utility programs, government and foundation grant programs, and its MF clients. She has overseen the design, launch, and ongoing marketing campaigns for all of ICAST’s utility programs and has been instrumental in helping grow the programs year after year. Ms. Paici currently utilization is around 70% and is expected to provide at least 10% of her time to this program.

Lynn Whitfield
Ms. Whitefield has over 25 years of proven successes in improving management effectiveness, enhancing communications and improving a company’s overall responsiveness. Lynn has been instrumental in resolving complex problems that had become a barrier to well-functioning teams. She specializes in: Organizational development, leadership coaching, mergers and acquisitions, facilitation, change management, strategic partner, employee relations, recruitment, employment law, benefits, and compensation. Lynn is a graduate from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. She has a certificate in Advanced Human Resources Management from UCLA.
