Colorado, USA (10-01-2026) – Resource Smart LLC today announced that it is rebranding itself as Affordable Housing & Energy Solutions (AHES). AHES will operate as the DBA (Doing Business As) name of Resource Smart LLC, bringing the company’s existing services and capabilities under a brand that reflects its broader focus on affordability of housing, energy efficiency, and sustainable solutions.
The transition to AHES does not change the company’s existing services. Clients and partners will continue to receive the same services and support, now delivered under the AHES name and the legal entity Resource Smart LLC.
As part of this rebranding, AHES is extending its energy-efficiency services to AI data centers. With data centers facing significant energy requirements and increasing attention on operational efficiency, AHES will support organizations seeking practical opportunities to identify solutions that benefit the local communities while offsetting the energy load of the data centers.
“The AHES name better reflects the direction of our business and the opportunities we seek across housing and energy,” said Ravi Malhotra – CEO of ResourceSmart LLC. “We are continuing the services our current clients know, while expanding our capacity for new clients, including the AI industry.”
